1 مقدمة

نحن نحترم خصوصيتك. توضح هذه الصفحة بشكل مبسّط وصريح البيانات التي يتعامل معها تطبيق Smart Car Care، وكيف يتم التعامل معها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد هنا.

2 البيانات التي يخزّنها التطبيق

كل البيانات التي تدخلها في التطبيق (بيانات السيارات، قطع الغيار الدورية، جدول الأعمال، والسجل الأرشيفي) تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك فقط، داخل قاعدة بيانات خاصة بالتطبيق. نحن لا نملك خوادم تستقبل أو تخزّن بياناتك، ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها من طرفنا بأي شكل.

3 النسخ الاحتياطي

يوفّر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية لعمل نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك ومشاركتها بنفسك (عبر البريد الإلكتروني، واتساب، أو أي تطبيق تختاره أنت). هذه العملية تتم بالكامل تحت تحكمك، ولا يرسل التطبيق أي نسخة تلقائياً لأي جهة. كما يعتمد التطبيق على ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي الخاصة بنظام أندرويد نفسه (Google Backup) لحفظ بياناتك على حساب Google الخاص بك عند تغيير الجهاز.

4 المشتريات داخل التطبيق

عملية شراء النسخة الكاملة تتم بالكامل عبر Google Play Billing. نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن أي بيانات دفع أو معلومات بطاقتك البنكية؛ هذه البيانات تتم معالجتها بواسطة Google مباشرة وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

5 ما لا يفعله التطبيق

• لا يعرض أي إعلانات.
• لا يستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث.
• لا يجمع موقعك الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور.
• لا يبيع أو يشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة خارجية.
• لا يتطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول لاستخدامه.

6 الأذونات المستخدمة

يطلب التطبيق فقط الإذن اللازم لاختيار ومشاركة ملف النسخة الاحتياطية عند طلبك ذلك صراحة (عن طريق نافذة اختيار الملفات القياسية لنظام أندرويد). لا يتم الوصول لأي ملفات أخرى على جهازك بدون علمك.

7 خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا يقوم بجمع أي بيانات تخص الأطفال عن قصد.

8 التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد يتم تحديث هذه الصفحة من وقت لآخر لمواكبة أي تطوير في التطبيق. ننصح بمراجعتها بشكل دوري. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث دائماً أعلى الصفحة.

1 Introduction

We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what data Smart Car Care handles and how it is treated. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

2 Data Stored by the App

All data you enter in the app (car details, periodic maintenance items, pending tasks, and history log) is stored locally on your device only, inside the app's own database. We do not operate any server that receives or stores your data, and we cannot access it in any way.

3 Backups

The app offers an optional feature to export a backup of your data and share it yourself (via email, WhatsApp, or any app you choose). This is entirely user-initiated; the app never sends a copy anywhere automatically. The app also relies on Android's built-in automatic backup (Google Backup) to restore your data to your Google account when you switch devices.

4 In-App Purchases

The premium unlock purchase is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store any payment or card information; this is handled directly by Google under its own privacy policy.

5 What the App Does Not Do

• No ads are shown.
• No third-party tracking or analytics tools are used.
• No location, contacts, or photos are collected.
• Your data is never sold or shared with any third party.
• No account or sign-in is required to use the app.

6 Permissions Used

The app only requests the permission needed to pick and share your backup file when you explicitly ask for it (via Android's standard file picker). No other files on your device are accessed without your knowledge.

7 Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8 Changes to This Policy

This page may be updated occasionally as the app evolves. Please check back periodically. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
